Hello dA!
I have been a visiting member of dA for many years, usually everyday. I could spend hours roaming dA, and I often do. I am constantly inspired by the many fantastic creative minds here.
Most of my work is created in traditional media, cleaned up or slightly altered with photoshop. I am a self taught artist, with art always being a big passion and hobby of mine. My favorite medium is probably ink, closely followed by acrylics, and watercolors. My work is usually nature-centric. More traditional stuff to come later, and I think I may start adding some photos to the mix..

*oh and by the way- I would love to find myself a mentor- an artist with experience to give me some words of wisdom, critiques, etc. Though I am currently pretty far removed from the artistic world I would love to one day get work as a scientific illustrator or similar field. If anyone has any contacts or would like to offer some advice I would be so happy!*
